I started exercising more daily. I go run a mile at my old school daily. I think it's actually working,I've noticed that when run the mile in p.e., I don't get tired when i'm finished, I'm not tired when i finish. It actually feels good. I started exercising because I didn't like it when I would run the mile in p.e., I would get tired like nothin and would start to breath hard, but now I'm starting to feel the work I have been puttin in to my self to feel better.
